Our health care facilities are run by the very same doctors who teach tomorrow’s leading physicians which means your care provider is always at the forefront of the latest and best in medical technology and patient care. Texas Tech Psychiatry is a teaching institution and branch of Texas Tech University Physicians.

Patients of the TTU system receive care by two expert care professionals, a resident as well as an attending physician. Your expert team members may also include other health professionals that unite to deliver the highest level of care possible. Your care and comfort is our highest priority, and we work hard to ensure you have the best patient experience.

Using Patient Portal for a prescription refill:

We refill prescriptions during regular routine office hours (8:30 to 7:00 Monday – Thursday); Our office is closed on Fridays. Please plan ahead so that you don’t run out of important medications.  Remember, it may take two full business days to process some requests – particularly controlled medicines which many insurances may require prior authorization or peer to peer. Therefore, it’s important that you request your refills at least 7 days in advance. Please use the Patient Portal to get your medication refills.

***If you are in crisis it is important to go to the emergency room and receive immediate care. We are not an emergency care facility and do not have the capacity to triage emergent new patients. However, once you are established with the clinic we can work you into the schedule should you need to be seen urgently.
