Charity Care
Texas Tech Physicians for your area may provide financial assistance for medically necessary services through a Charity Care program. Charity Care may be awarded for patients who meet defined income and/or resource guidelines and may be awarded based upon presumptive eligibility or through screening by a Texas Tech Physicians Financial Counselor.
If you need financial assistance and believe you may qualify for either our Lubbock County Medical Indigent Program (LCMI) or Charity Care, please contact your area’s Texas Tech Physicians location to determine your eligibility.

Lubbock County Medical Indigent Program
Texas Tech Physicians of Lubbock may award eligibility through a local county indigent program for Lubbock County residents who meet defined income and resource guidelines. Eligibility may be awarded if program requirements are met, as determined through screening by a Texas Tech Physicians or University Medical Center Financial Counselor.
