If I’m the guarantor, can I manage my family’s accounts under a single sign-on?
Family accounts can be managed through a single Guarantor account, and you will also receive a single statement that includes everyone you are responsible for.
Can I setup payment plans through MyChart?
Absolutely! Set up an Auto Pay plan so you don’t need to remember monthly payments.
Can I get an estimate for service through MyChart?
Most visits will include an estimate for service and can be accessed through MyChart. Also, enjoy Pre-paying before your visit for a hassle-free check-in experience.
Where can I go to elect paperless statements?
You can choose to go paperless by simply creating a MyChart account! Paperless options are available for many of our billing and clinical communications.
If I need to pay for visits that are before and after February 21,2026 can I pay through MyChart for all services?
Only visits for dates of service on or after February 21, 2026 will be available for payment through MyChart. To pay balances for visits prior to that date, click here.
