EpicCare Link

EpicCare Link is a web-based portal empowering community providers and partners secure access to manage referrals, access patient information, place orders, and coordinate care.

EpicCare Link Features

Based on your role, EpicCare Link enables you to:

  • Place and manage referrals
  • Review full patient charts
  • Order labs and imaging procedures
  • Communicate directly with providers and staff via Epic’s InBasket messaging
  • Receive real-time notifications for patient events (such as admission and discharge)
  • Submit ROI Requests

Requesting Access

If you are already affiliated with an EpicCare Link site, please contact your administrator to have a new user account created.

If you are interested in becoming an EpicCare Link Site, start by submitting a New Site Request. By submitting your request, you agree to the EpicCare Link Outside Entity and User Terms and EpicCare Link Site Administrator Role.

As part of the new site request, you must request at least one user account to be the site administrator. The site administrator will request and manage new user accounts and passwords. All users needing access to EpicCare Link should be included in the New Site request.
